If, as a mourner, or member of a bereaved family, you are unable to gather the necessary quorum for services, we will arrange a minyan for you.

Shiva House Minyanim
If you are not affiliated to any congregation, we will assist to arrange and run minyanim at your home or other location. We will make every effort to gather the required minyan of people and will co-ordinate the running of the service.

Terms and Conditions
When a reponder arrives you will be required to sign an Incident Sheet which has the following terms and conditions.
- I accept, receive and benefit from the services undertaken by DAM (services) entirely voluntarily and without being under any obligation to do so.
- DAM undertakes the services entirely voluntarily and without being under any obligation to do so.
- DAM undertakes the services through volunteers (volunteers). The volunteers undertake the services entirely voluntarily and without being under any obligation to do so.
- I indemnify DAM, its founding members and volunteers and hold them harmless against all and any loss or damage, of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused, suffered or incurred as a result or in the course of undertaking the services, or as a result or in the course of engaging in any other DAM operations or activities.
- I shall have no claims against DAM, its founding members or volunteers and none of them shall have any liabilities towards me arising out of or relating to the performance of the services.
